The Experience Hall of the Independence Movement (seventh exhibition hall) features the anti-Japanese independence movement where you are free to experience the armed struggle against the Japanese and cultural movements.

Enjoy thrilling special effects and fantastic video images through a-state-of-the-art 4-D digital system highly popular among children and youth.

View Special Exhibits
The Independence Hall of Korea holds special exhibits in addition to permanent exhibits in the seventh exhibition hall. The Special Exhibits can be viewed in the Vine Tunnel of the Plaza of the Nation, the Donated Materials Exhibit in the Grand Hall of the Nation, and the Special Exhibition Hall (seventh exhibition hall).

The Independence Hall of Korea holds various events on days of great significance to Koreans. They are as follows:

National Liberation Day Event
(August 15th) |
The biggest event is held by the Independence Hall of Korea to celebrate the day of Korean liberation from Japanese rule on August 15th, 1945 with various celebratory performances and hands-on events. |
Fall Cultural Zone

Various performances and hands-on events for family visitors are held to enjoy the autumn leaves and the fall atmosphere. |
